I've long operated on two simple principles -
1) After each visit, I ask clients to evaluate my value. We adjust or end the relationship if it's not worth more than what they paid me.
2) If a customer is unsatisfied with what I've done, they can get a full refund without questions. I always make sure they know this upfront, even though I've never had to give a refund.
We will use Zoom to connect. We'll schedule a time to talk, and then I'll send the link after you've selected a package. Though it may influence pricing, one-on-one meetings are also available with specific packages.
During our sessions, all information shared is strictly confidential. I will sign a confidentiality agreement/NDA upon request.
